Customer Survey 2016

Managing Director, David Phillips would like to thank all customers who completed and returned the 2016 Customer Survey.

Overall responses were favourable and encouraging, however, this year there was a decrease in the number of completed surveys received, early indications show that this is due to email saturation and is something that we will look into for 2017.

Results this year highlighted that lead-times are an area of opportunity for improvement and we will work together with our production facilities to try and develop and improve this.

We believe that it is imperative that we continue to monitor, understand and meet our customers' expectations.

We are encouraged that the responses remained positive.
